Multiple posts like that push you to the bottom of the pile. Patience is a virtue :)

"Bumping" a post is rude. Posting the same thing over and over again is ruder still. Please read our etiquette guidelines.

Now, get rid of the following:

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SESync] "C:\Program Files\SED\SED.exe"
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Real Internet Player] REAIPLAY.EXE
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Spyware Doctor] "C:\Program Files\Spyware Doctor\spydoctor.exe" /Q
    O4 - HKCU\..\RunOnce: [Real Internet Player] REAIPLAY.EXE

Then you're going to need to download LSP-FIX from our security downloads page (link is in my signature). You will need to remove lspak.dll and calsp.dll using LSPFix.

After you do that, reboot, and post a new log, and we'll go from there.
