Pages keep expiring!

I've had a problem lately with pages expiring. It almost always happens in my Hotmail account. I'll click on a message, then go to hit the BACK button to go back to the main list, and it'll say the page has expired. I just came to the message 3 seconds ago! So then I have to hit the forward button and click on "mail" to get back to the mail list.

Some other sites I go to are doing this also. I think it's spyware from Kazaa or somewhere else.

Any ideas?

Post a HJT log in our spyware virus and trojan forum. It probably is spyware.

How do I do that? Well, I know, just cut and paste it. But from which security program? I have Ad-Aware 6 and Spybot S&D 1.3 . Which one gives me the HJT files?

Your pages expire for a reason (especially with IE & Hotmail).

Those pages have specific no-cache headers that prevent you from "clicking back" on your browser. It's by design for security reasons.

It has always worked before, until a few weeks ago. I've been back clicking out of Hotmail messages as long as I can remember.

    It's something else.
