Freeware only download site?

is there any site that has just freeware? Something like download.com (I wish they had the option just to show the freeware only).



Every time i google I fine crapp sites that are just trying to sell me something, or worst they are foreign.

Download.com gives you the option to filter (sort) by license types. It's at the bottom of each page. Go into a category or do a search, then scroll to the bottom, then filter by free licenses.

Hate to pump [H] but there are a lot of good links in this thread.

man, no offense but most of those sites are painful just too look at (its like its from 96' and never updated it's appreance.). Most don't rate or give reviews. which means i'll probably downloads a few programs i don't want, and have to uninstall or forget about so it just ends up adding junk to my computer.

I think i'll stick with downloads.com and use that filter.

Unless someone know of a site like downloads.com (i don't like tucows or whatever its called although they always have a mirror for downloads) I'm not really interested.
