Windows reverting to Login Screen after timeout

Hi all,
I run WinXP Pro, and have two user accounts. If one account stays dormant without user input, even if a program is running it reverts back to the login screen. This is annoying, though not dangerous. Can I turn that feature off?

Thanks in advance...

-Steve

The PC is set to lockout when the screen saver initializes or when the system returns from standby.

    - Right click on the desktop, select properties. Display properties window will pop up.
    - Click on the third tab (Screen Saver). Look at Screen Saver "Wait"... it may be too short for what you need. You can disable the "On Resume, Password Protect" and adjust the screen saver time delay.

Also... the system standby may cause the password/ login screen.
    - To fix that, on the same window as the Screen saver, Click on the "Power..." button.
    - The second tab, Advanced... "Prompt for password when computer resumes from standby"...

    Try that...

    Thanks!

I also have a toggle that said "display welcome screen upon resume", so I un-toggled it...I have a feeling that was it. Thanks for the help!
