Maximum HD size on this BIOS revision?

I just got a Dell Latitude CPi A366XT laptop computer. The startup screen says it has the A15 BIOS version.
This computer has a 4.86 GB hard drive, and I'd like to install something bigger, like in the 10 GB to 20 GB range.
I've heard of certain BIOS levels only supporting up to a certain HD size.
How big a hard drive can the A15 version handle?
And can the maximum installed amount of memory be increased with a newer BIOS version? Currently this computer can only take 256 MB of PC100 SDRAM.

I have seen documentation in a bunch of places that states that 256MB is the memory limit for the CPi. I don't have a link handy, but I don't think you'll find a BIOS update which increases this limit.
I reccomend looking at the release notes for each version of the BIOS (if they're available) to confirm this.
