xlime.offeroptimizer infection HELP!

I have been infected for several days with this scumware.

I ran spybot 1.3 and adaware pro 6.0 build 1.81 several times.

I deleted cookies and files in IE, and turned off sys restore.

I also ran HJT in safe mode and removed items.

xlime has returned every time.

Please help. Following is my HJT log. TIA

    Hello.

    Get rid of:

    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\blank.htm
    O1 - Hosts: y.aol.com
    O2 - BHO: MxTargetObj Class - {0000607D-D204-42C7-8E46-216055BF9918} - C:\WINDOWS\mxTarget.dll

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [RemoveCpl] removecpl.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [gmdtgyszkj] C:\WINDOWS\System32\toruks.exe

    O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\OSA.EXE
    O4 - Global Startup: Adobe Gamma Loader.lnk = C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Calibration\Adobe Gamma Loader.exe

Now, hit CTRL-ALT-DEL and go to the task manager. Go to the PROCESSES tab. Right click on each of these processes and click "END PROCESS TREE" - say yes to the warning:

    C:\WINDOWS\System32\toruks.exe
    C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

Now, go into C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ and delete the file called toruks.exe. If you can't see it, you need to enable "show hidden files and folders" in your TOOLS-->FOLDER OPTIONS.

You also need to delete C:\WINDOWS\MXTARGET.DLL

After you do all that, reboot, and post a new log.

Did everything. Trusted zone 00000 seems to return no matter how many times I delete, even in safe mode.

    thanks

Here is my cleaned HJT log.

    Done!

    All clear so far.

    As of 9-21 3:30pm.

    Thanks for the help.

Should sys restore be turned back on?

Any idea how this made it into my pc?

I have downloaded no freeware for months.

Yes, you can enable system restore again.

This was probably installed by a drive-by download. It happened to me by drivebys (I never download anything, since it'll crash my computer) four times before I got sick of it and created Spyware Shooter. Since then SS has blocked it every time.
