Thanks folks, we appreciate the feedback more than you realize...it makes up for many of the users who never come back to say thanks or even tell us if we fixed their problem. Lot's of users do give us that feedback...but many don't.

I am head over heels for this site, this forum and the GUIDES.. not to mention the time and efforts put into doing this all and you dont charge a PENNY for the assitance.. true angels in my opinion..

Dex I know what you mean. I had 10,000 posts at the old site and was always amazed at the folks that you could spend two days and 20 posts helping that never even said thanks you.

Its not like ya need someone gushing over you but a simple "hey I'm fixed and THANKS" would of been sweet at times.

Most don't realize your GIVING $100 an hour free support that MOST local shops couldn't provide for any amount of money in reality. They would reformat the disk and lose all the data for $100 an hour.

I found you guys about 6 months ago been a lurker for a while sorted out a quite a few problems just by reading your posts and have become a firm convert of mozilla (IE how bad is that!!) I cannot thankyou enough( i spose i could get my wallet out) cheers guys keep it up you are the best

Thats what most don't realize. A wallet out isnt needed. A nice thank you and maybe a promise of a beer and a handshake when your in town is the most all these guys ask.
