.wav Editor?

I'm looking for a free .wav editor where I can insert small soundclips into a .wav file. I need this because I'm editing a dvd and I need to insert come *bleeps* where all the f words are. Just wondering if anyone knows of any good ones out there that are free. Thanks!

Here's an audio editor I found a while back and bookmarked, just incase I needed to edit some sound file but haven't gotten around to use it. It should be pretty good. Looks like a good alternative to CoolEdit.

Thanks so much. I used the program and it worked great! I couldn't figure out how to add a *bleep* but instead it allowed me to mute out the bad language. Thanks a bunch, I really appreciate it.
