Unknown folder in C: (drive C)

Hi, In my C: theres a folder named 'def61bd75ba776090ea2d4f3d9ad18'. I've opened it and inside was another folder named 'sp2' to which I tried to open aswell but keep getting the following message which is attached in the image. I've scaned with NAV and it's finds nothing also no files inside the folders (see attachment). What should I do? Thanks

    That's the installer cache for SP2.

    Just delete it, or ignore it. It's not anything bad at all.
