Cannot Connect - 504 Error

Arghh!!!

21 clients have finished their WUs, and are unable to connect to any server.
Every client is getting error 504 (Gateway Timeout).

I have tried going through the proxy, around the proxy, different flags, nothing works... Obviously my internet connection is working, as I am posting this message. :)
I can also get to folding.stanford.edu no problem.

Any ideas?

    have you tried -send all?
    what does the client.cfg look like?

    I looked a bit closer. All of the clients appear to have sent in the completed WU, but none of them are able to get new WUs.
    It appears that they are being assigned a work server, but cannot connect.
    I increased the timeout to 2 minutes from 30 seconds.

    It seems that some of the clients are starting to connect to the servers again.
    Some clients lost more than 37 hours of folding time. :(

    that's why I use the type=2 configuration ...they never lose folding time unless they get turned off! :thumbsup:
    I also think that the type=2 server is a different server.

    I have it set as no-pref, so theoretically it should connect to any server. :rolleyes:

    I figured out that if I removed the -advmethods flag, everything worked fine.
    Everything seems fine for now...

    All Gromacs right now.
    Half are getting p580s and the other half 1300s (1301, 1302).
    The p580s are insanely fast (1.5 hours to complete) but not worth as much in the long run.

    My dual xeon 3.2 w/HT is folding p580s, and averaging 4.33 points per hour per client (4 in total).
    My dual xeon 2.8 w/HT is folding p1301s, and averaging 4.83 points per hour per client (4 in total).
