RegCleaner.... should I kill these programs?

I went to your downloads forum... added the Regcleaner program and see some suspicious programs (and some that I simply dont want clogging up my registry). Here is the list:

Under the Software Tab I see these "Unknown" programs... I think are spyware leftover reg entries... or maybe legit programs. Anything stickout?

eXactUtil
MozillaPlugins
Viewpoint
4t Niagra Software
Centra Software Inc.

Under the Startup Tab I only see one I am concerned about... and I have seen it before. I did a google search and came up with nothing definitive....

Should I Kill this?

    Kill everything but the mozillaplugins :)

    This site has a ton of info. My goal is to get this box clean and running tip top (fast). Should I go to some specific forum to post info about my system?
