Thrax said The Xaser is such a monstrously ugly variation of a beautiful thing.
Couldn't have said it any better than that.
The Xaser is one mother fugly case, an awful tribute to the original design & creators.
GTac01, my case is a beige Antec Performance Plus SX1080, which has been discontinued by Antec.
Essentially, take the SX1080AMG and paint it beige outside and silver inside and you've got the same thing
The tornado.... you can hear it over the usual hum of my PC room down in the basement and is substantially louder than any stock cooler.
Check out the sound clip for an idea... (clip provided by the 80mm version of the Tornado). The 92mm spins nearly 1000 RPM slower, and doesn't have as high of a "whine" as the 80mm version does.

56K WARNING.
//Edit: Wow, that thing is damned messy
The rad and the bucket:
The extra sinks on the mosfets: (the 2.0 board)
Some of the extra capacitors on the backside of the mobo: (the 2.0 board)
