Is this a good tool?

    Yes, it's legit, but if you use FireFox (get it from my sig), practice the safe browsing habits outlined in my article (look in my sig), and use the free tools that are available on our security downloads page (also in my sig) such as AdAware SE and Spybot S&D, you do not need to pay for a tool that does the same thing.
