Can't seem to get rid of this one no matter how I try. Would love to get some help of any kind.

Then find and locate the files listed above and Quarentine Them.

Once you have done that, reboot, scan with HijackThis again, and post a new log.

Fixing that entry will free up system resources, but is not required. You can now enable system restore and set a new restore point. I am going to close this topic now as it appears to have been resolved.
