Outlook Express 6/XP Service Pack 2 problems

Anyone have any clue why no pictures show up in OE 6/OE with Quote fix? I've only had this problem after I downloaded SP2. To be more clear, I get a garfield email daily, because his cartoons can be funny quite often. It normally loads in the preview pane, and I can see the cartoon. Now, it and other pictures just load with the typical red X icon and the name of the picture.
Also, when I click links that are displayed in OE, be it email or newsgroups, I
get a screen with this:

The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for might have been removed or had its name changed.

Please try the following:

Open the s: home page, and then look for links to the information you want.

If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.

If you still cannot open the page, click the Internet Explorer
Search button to look for similar sites.

Anyone have any idea how I can fix this?

You need to go into the Tools options.
Go on the Security Tab and uncheck the box where it says "Block Images and Other External content in HTML e-mail"
You should see embedded images etc then
