seeking assistance with adware stuff

I've taken care of all the ad-aware and spybot s&d stuff, and need your help fixing the adware i have. Thank you so much for the help! here's my hijackthis log:

    Please upgrade to HijackThis version 1.98.2

    Hello. Sorry, we have all been busy in real life and there are a lot of people to help here as well :(

    Thanks for your patience.

    Have HJT fix the following:

    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = http://www.hnjsnsmuuyeeheqcxa.com/y...jUHlUhkrlmN.cgi

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {D59F6F86-DEFE-94F6-D99E-817AD9FCB984} - C:\PROGRA~1\IDOLDV~1\admin test.exe

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [HTpatch] C:\WINNT\htpatch.exe

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [EachReal] C:\PROGRA~1\SOAPDA~1\GplForkTick.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [dash does spam window] C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\scrtitledashdoes\Live Nurb.exe

    Now, hit CTRL-ALT-DEL to get to TASK MANAGER. go to the PROCESSES tab.

    END the following processes:

    C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
    c:\progra~1\intern~1\iexplore.exe

    END ALL IEXPLORE.EXE processes. You'll have multiple ones. Make sure you get every single one of them, it is very important!

    Now, when all IEXPLORE processes are ended, go to C:\Program Files\ and DELETE these folders:

    SOAP DA~something - starts with SOAP DA
    IDOL DV~something - starts with IDOL DV

    Now, go to C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\ALL USERS\APPLICATION DATA\ and delete the folder called scrtitledashdoes

    After you've delete those three, PULL THE PLUG on your computer - do not shut it down properly!

    Plug it back in and post a new log.
