okay...I have a problem with my computer and i'm not sure how to fix it. the internet connection on my computer is not as fast as it once was and everytime I sign on AOL instant messenger, itkeeps freezing up..ctrl-alt-delete is the only way i can cancel the program..i uninstalled aim and reinstalled it and the same thing happens. when i used norton to check for viruses it didn't detect anything. This is basically my last resort...whatever is wrong with my computer is causing my internet to slow down and mess up my AIM!! help me please??

also i am able to check my e-mails but i am not able to send e-mails out from 2 of my accounts which i was able to do before.
