Help needed for HSA, Search Extender, Shopping Wizard, etc.

Well, seeing how ive read so much on how involved so many people are with having this problem. Ive suddenly ran into this problem just recentely, and i'm totally off into another world, because i have absolutely no idea what to do, but follow the guide that you guys have given me, which looks like im headed on the right track (thank you). I'm running on Windows 98 by the way. I downloaded the 'get active services' vbs file, but it won't run on my computer. So i ran HJT and generated a log, and this is what i got.

Can anyone please help me out? i'm so fragile with this kind of stuff, because im not that good with computers as some of you guys are. I just want to remove and demolish this so called virus off of my pc for good.

I ran Adbuster in safe mode, which looked like to me that it totally finished the job, until i rebooted and opened internet explorer, and ding! HSA, search extender, etc. appears again.

So, i'll REALLY appreciate it if someone can reach out and help me resolve this problem. Thanks in advance.

    Welcome to Short Media forums.

Before doing the following, please Set your computer to show hidden files and folders, Disable System Restore, and Reboot in Safe Mode.

Once you have done that, Run HijackThis and have it fix the following:

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = res://C:\WINDOWS\system\zfwme.dll/sp.html#28129
    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = res://C:\WINDOWS\system\zfwme.dll/sp.html#28129
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL,(Default) = websearch.drsnsrch.com/q.cgi?q=
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
    O2 - BHO: Class - {8258FCB9-0CCF-8860-C3BB-B33CA3C0AD26} - C:\WINDOWS\NTJX32.DLL

    Get rid of these two:

    O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions present
    O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel present

Then reboot, and post a new log.
