Help Spyware that just wont go away

Hi my name is jana and i have been trying to clean up my laptop of spyware and other such things for a while. my family had a computer specialist go through all our computers, clean them up and added hijackthis, spyblaster. I keep getting searchassistant and other such things on my computer including one called freepoke that i cant remove completely. i scan my computer with adware and spybot all the time and do updates whenever needed. I also go through my computer using hijackthis and still the buggers come back as soon as i remove them!!! please help me if you can.
if you would like me to give you a copy of what i have listed in hijackthis , could you please let me know how to do this as i am not completely aware of how to do that.

    We need to see your Hijack This log before we can help you at all. Run a scan with HJT, save the log, open in in Notepad, copy ALL the text, then post it here. One of our experts will help you as soon as they can after that.
