reformating

ello
since my laptop is stuffed that it doesnt need, but im not sure wat to save and not too... im definetely(?) saving my pics, CD burning program, and other files, and i plan to get a new disc for windows XP, but what else do i need to save?
and also, does windows XP come with outlook, internet explore, etc.?

    You only need to save your personal files and XP does come with Outlook Express, and IE. If the CD burning program came with the laptop, you don't need to back that up either. You could install it from the CD that came with the computer after you install XP.

    I would also backup your address book in Outlook Express and any messages you would like to transfer over to your new install. Also you might want to backup your favorites if you are using IE ( shame on you if you are ) other than that your applications can be installed again from the CDs that came with them.
