Please help with TVmedia

Hello everyone,
I am new to the forums, and I am glad that I found you. OK here is the situation. I have SpySweeper (full version), the Norton that came with the new comp, and windows washer... I ran everything and I still cannot get rid of TVmedia. I tried everything--Rename the file, run in safe mode, delete it manually, try to get rid of it using spysweeper and nothing.. I read about hijack this, and downloaded. PLEASE HELP ME GET RID OF ALL SPYWARE THAT CANNOT BE DELETED.. i am going crazy, ive been sitting at my laptop for hours, and I should be doing homework LOL.. Now, PULL THE PLUG on your computer after you fix those. Do not do a proper shut down!

When it is booting back up, boot into safe mode.

When in safe mode, go to C:\PROGRAM FILES\ and totally delete the TV MEDIA folder.

Then, reboot again and post a new log.

hey thanks for the help...I had a computer enginerr help me with the problem earlier... got rid of it all and NO more IE.... time for a switch.......Mozilla Firefox all the way!!!!
