Kazaa lite ( kill program via other comp )

Hi all, i work on my win 98 SE comp..also using a router: vigor2104p (From DrayTek) I'd gladly like to kill Kazaa due to some issues with an other person that keeps it online all the time, which in turn makes it impossible for me to play games..so i wonder what IP or PORT i need to block via router webconfigurator, but then that person coul find out by looking at the configuration of the router, is there a way to block Kazaa lite from connecting to it's network without actually uninstalling it on windows ME ?

    You need to block whatever port that person has configured for Kazaa. They'll always be able to check; that's something you can't prevent.
