I have gone through the step-by-step walk through twice and i still have it...i ran ad-aware 6 pro and spybot and yet everytime the site pop-s up unlike a few people i have noticed i have 3 programs...Home Search Assistant, search extender, and shopping wizard (if the shopping wizard is another thing please let me know) I will show you my log please try and tell me what is wrong.

    Fix those entries, then find and delete the following files:

    i could only find 1 of those above files and it wouldn't let me delete it

    any suggestions hidden fles are shown btw

    What happens when you try to delete it? Also, what file is it, and did you reboot?

    it told me that i could not delete the file to check if it was running or write-preotected it was the C:\Windows\system32\sdkkc.dll here is my new HJT log too sorry about the wait
