Hello i have the Home Search Assistant (HSA) Spyware. I have read your article on how to remove it but i am...a noob when it comes to stuff like this...i'm only 14 i will include my HJT log but i wanted to know when you tell me the files i need to fix/remove must i do this in safe mode? and when i use safe mode i can only log on under "Owner" because when i try to log in under "Administrator" my computer seems to freeze. Perhaps it is the spyware causing this? I have norton anti-virus but i have not been able to update on account that my subsciption exipered a month ago. I have ran Ad-Aware 6 pro and spybot S&D, i have spyware blaster but unfortunatly i got it after i got the spyware and i am afraid its no use. I also tried to use the program on your site the "hsremove" but it didn't work also please help.

Here is my HJT log file.

Please do not reboot your computer until I tell you to. If you have rebooted your computer since you posted that log, please post a fresh one. I need to give you precise instructions on how to remove this, and rebooting will void them.
