Ok I was trying to share my printers across my network and I sent test pages to the printers but they didn't print after 20 minutes so I deleted them from the que and now they won't go away at all.

How can I clear the print ques with out deleting and reinstalling the printers?

Thanks,

    Assuming Win2K or XP:

Go to services, go to print spooler, stop the print spooler service.

Then, go to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\SPOOL\PRINTERS\whatever the printer is. Go into that folder and you will see the spool files. Delete them.

    Turn print spooler back on.

Yep it was XP and it worked, but looking under the "Documents" heading under "Printers and Faxes" it still shows as 1 on each printer. Not sure why that didn't reset to 0 after the documents were cleared. I did send a test print from the main rig and both printers printed fine soi I guess it dosen't matter weird though...

    Thanks,
