Omegasearch Problem

Hello,
I seem tohave become infected with the much publicised 'OmegaSearch' spyware. I have tried Spybot, Adaware and my Symantec AV but still get the toolbar in IE. I also keep getting an MSDOS window popping up with a title 'TRAFFIC MARKETPLACE' and then it goes away.

Anyway her is my HijackThis logfile, I would greatly appreciate any assistance in removing the problem..

I removed Omegasearch using the omegasearch removal tool but it came back again, I have removed it again and as yet it has not returned. There are a few other things I am concerned about, mainly TBPS.exe and also Spybot continually finds DSO exploit and HunterBar ??????
