Version4 vs Version5 question.

Server 153 has been down since saturday. :rolleyes: Reading through stanfords forum, it looks like having Version5 is beneficial as it sends finished WU's to a collection server.

Unfortunately we still have some instances running in version4. It just happens 1 WU will not send due to being V4. :banghead:

Can we change V4 to V5 and would it send the WU or would we loose it by changing over.

    Hi Jon,

    I had a persistent WU in a queue which just wouldn't go.

    I changed to version 5.01 and it went straight off, no problem.

    Save it somehow or other and give it a go.

    Jon, before you upgrade that client to version 5, just copy the entire folder to somewhere's else on your hard drive so in case something goes wrong, you can just replace the borked upgrade with the original folder.

    you should reconfigure it to v5 also.
