software to reset Administrator password for XP

Crap I have lost a really cool bootabler cd i had that would let you reset a lost administrator password.

I can't do it on a repair install, I just tried. Anyone got a link for something that can do this again?

Tried that one and it won't boot. I get a kernel panic.
