Is a Celeron M based off a Pentium 4 or a Pentium M (Centrino)?

My roomate is looking at this laptop.

If it's based off a Pentium M, it seems like a decent deal.
If it's based off a P4 Celeron, then pfft.

You might be able to find more useful information here than I:

To the best of my knowledge, that Celeron M is based on the Pentium M. It should perform about on par with an XP1700+ at stock.

Based on a pentium M, same idea. Lower clock speed, more cache. They celeron M's are 512k cache, but lower clock speed, on par with the pentium M's.
