Computer restarting all the time!

I'm getting a stop "IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL" with the stop code being 0X000000D1 and relating to pciidex.sys. I'm running Windows XP Pro SP2. I can't find any information for this combination on the microsoft database. Any idea whats going on? Thanks

    Is your RAM overclocked? Even if not, let me be the first to suggest memtest.
