9800 Pro vert sync

ok heres my prob, my desktop is 1024x768 at 85hz, i play cs at 800x600 at 100hz, when i go into cs the resolution changes but the refresh rate stays the same at 85hz. How do i make it change to 100hz everytime i go to 800x600?

P.S. i was able to do this w/ my previous nvidia card.

    1. Right click on your desktop
    2. Hit properties
    3. Click the settings tab
    4. Hit advanced
    5. Click the displays tab
    6. Set refresh override to 60Hz
    7. Set maximum refresh to the refresh rate you use for your desktop resolution
    8. Hit ok 3 times to get back to your desktop.
    9. Download reforce
    10. When you launch the program, hit "Autopopulate."
    11. Make sure 100Hz is set for 800x600
    12. Hit apply
    13. Close the program and set your resolution to 800x600, then back to 1024x768 in Windows.

    Problem solved. All applications will use the maximum refresh for the resolution you choose.

    or you can download ATI Tray Tools and turn on the refresh rate overide through it.. nice program also..

    Or you can just turn Vsync off.....

    How do you turn off Verticle sync?
