I am having a problem with bestfriends.scr. i ran hjt and none of the files to delete came up. please help. my log is

    Fix those entries then find and delete the files listed above, reboot and post a new log.

    Fix that entry the find and delete mwsvsm.exe, reboot and post a new log.

    i fixed the one O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Mwsvm] C:\WINDOWS\mwsvm.exe and rebooted but i could not locate the file mwsvsm.exe to delete it how do i locate and deleter the file as of now my log looks like this

    when i try and delete the file qtimer.exe it wont let me it says acess denied file may be in use how do i del it

    Open Taskmanager (CTRL ALT DEL) and end process tree on qtimer.exe

    is there any other way to del ithe file my task manager wont open after i hit control alt and del it looks as if it wilil open in the bottom right of my comp screen and then doesnt open at all
