Auto Theme Changes?

Something seems a little odd, but when I'm surfing the net my theme for windows will change to classic style and the back to XP. 
Note: I'm not doing the changes it just does this, and at the same time it seems to happen when I enter the Task Manager.
Any help would be welcome to understand what the heck is going on with this.
