Sorry i posted this on the wrong board before but can anyone help i have home shopping assistant on my pc & can only find help removing it from other versions of windows i have windows 98se please can anyone advise I'm going out of my head :scratch: I have already run ad-aware & spybot but to no avial

ps I'm not very good with computers :thumbsup:

    Please download HijackTHis and post a log. Also, do not reboot until I say it is okay.

    first off thanks for taking the time to help me as i said i'm pretty pc dumb so i hope it doesnt frustrate you to much I cant attach any files to this when i click the attach tool a new blank window opens but nothing else happens

    Don't attach the file. Just open the log and highlight all the text, copy and paste it into this post.
