He already has a 9800xt that he is going to use. I know he ordered a white dvd drive.. That was a snafu. Sound was not ultra important. The santa cruz should sound better than the onboard.
Its already been ordered. What do think?

Looks like a reasonable balance of equipment.
I suggest that you don't open the sound card. Try the ob and see if it is OK. Any more they are real good.
is it wrong to want to dry hump a computer???
That machine rocked. 20min to install xp. Games were beautifull. 470 gig of usable space.
I could have spent all week fiddling with that machine. Maybe he will let me visit it till I can piece together my own...
