Spyware troubles, posted Hijakthis results

I am having trouble with a pesky virus. It is resetting my homepage even after I change it. It also seems to be popping up with a windows repost that says they are sending an error report to microsoft. I have Norton, Ad-aware which are both up to date and have been run in SAFE MODE. my hijackthis file is:

    I seem to have stopped it a little through removing things from start-up. I haven't dared turn off the computer yet, though as I wanted to hear back from this forum first.

    Sorry for the delay.

    Check Add/Remove Programs udner Control Panel for any programs you did not install purposefully that contain the words "Free", "Search", "Toolbar" (other than Google or Yahoo), "Casino", or "Rebates". UNINSTALL them all. If this option takes you to a web page, do NOT proceed. Just skip it.

    Remove any of these entries that still exist:
