Can you open the port the program uses? Maybe changing the port the program uses (usually in the program's settings)?

What kind of firewall? Is there a router with NAT, a hardware firewall, or a software firewall [or some combination]?

What are the network parameters of the voice chat? Are you connecting to an outside server or do you need incoming connections to reach your computer through the firewall?

    hey don...
skype is really not perform well under NAT.but dingotel works better.dingotel need no extra congif for NAT.if u behind NAt then dingotel connect u by default proxy..
    enjoy...
