bestfriends.scr update

I was reading the removal guides for bestfriends.scr and couldnt' find any of the files listed. Upon loading my gun and shooting myself for being so stupid and clinking that link. Enough rambling.

BSPLAYER.EXE is another name for one of the .exe's that it makes.

    Yeah, I stopped updating the EXE list because bestfriends began toi just generate entirely random names. So, there was no real point in it anymore.
