help with price

I have a older laptop its a IBM 600e pII 366, 164mb ram, 2000 pro, ac adapter.I never got the orginal discs for it but it came with 2000 pro i think i could get the
key from it and just get a .iso of a 2000 pro disc. What do you guys think is a fair price for it?

    A P3 with a 30 gig/256 is selling for $600 shipped on another forum.

    Perhaps $350?
