Hijacked and ready to cry :bawling: Please Help

Hello, I have recently been hijack and I have having a terrible time doing homework on my computer (especially research on the internet). If you could please help me fix this problem I will be very very grateful.

I have included my HijackThis log and I have completed the steps in the Removal guide up to step 4.

While I am trying to complete step 4 I see similar file names to:
What I have Network Security Service (NSS) is that the same file I need to stop?
What I have is (Workstation) I don’t see Workstation NetLogon Service
What I have (Remote Procedure Call (RPC) and Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Locator) but no Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Helper
?????

I also tried "Get Active Services" but no luck in that???? I need help please

    This will only be step 1 of several probably.

    Set your computer to show hidden files and folders.

    Check Add/Remove Programs under Control Panel for any programs you did not install purposefully that contain the words "Free", "Search", "Toolbar" (other than Google or Yahoo), "Casino", "Poker", "WildTangent", "Xadso", "Xlime", "SynchroAd", or "Rebates". UNINSTALL them all. If this option takes you to a web page, do NOT proceed. Just skip it.

    Then, remove any of these files that still exist with HJT:
