Are you sure that's a full log? It looks incomplete.
Check Add/Remove Programs under Control Panel for any programs you did not install purposefully that contain the words "Free", "Search", "Toolbar" (other than Google or Yahoo), "Casino", "Poker", "WildTangent", "Xadso", "Xlime", "SynchroAd", "Shopping", "Optimizer", or "Rebates". UNINSTALL them all. If this option takes you to a web page, do NOT proceed. Just skip it.
If that log was incomplete as I suspect, please post a new one. If it is complete, remove these entries:
