spybot can't find Spyware, "hotsearchbar.com bar"

i got a huge/small but extremely annoying problem, I have this toolbar that keep appearing in my internet explorer, "hotsearchbar.com bar." it comes up whenever a new Iexplorer window comes up, and i've tried to stop it and delete but i can't find it. Spybot can't find it, and Mcaffee can't either. My firewall(Mcaffee) is up and running, but i guess it got through somehow. I've also searched all over the web with yahoo/google and i found some stuff, but it didn't help because i don't understand "adaware log files." i'm hoping that there is someone here that can help me, or at least heard of the if this and knows what's causing it.
