Dated July 28, 2003, the Detonator 45.23 drivers is the latest generic multilanguage release available. It even supports the yet to be announced NVidia products such as the GeForce FX 5200SE, 5600SE & 5900SE. Advanced compression techniques has managed to crunch this driver package down to 8.10 MB's from the original 23. Not too shabby.
AFAIK, it's beta software, so use at your own risk.

Pretty good considering the next best thing is WinRAR, when decompressed and then compressed with WinRAR as a RAR file, it is 9.89MB compared to the 8.10MB it was originally.
