Changed PS, getting new beeps.

I just recently realized that my primary system was running on 400W, and I had just added 2 fans and a vid card cooler. I switched PS's to my secondary system's 450W and now Abits monitoring system is giving me a "worry" beep. It says the -12 rail is running -13.1 but the system is running fine (Also, the system temps, and vid card temps are showing 3-5 deg C lower, but thats with the addition of 2 front intake fans). Obviously if the PS is not within spec that is a bad thing, but should I buy a new one?? The current one is about 1 - 1.5 yrs old Antec 450W Any help appreciated. Pseudo.

Specs-
NF7-S V2
3000+ 400mhz FSB
Gainward 6800
1 Gig Corsair
1 Maxtor 60 gig 7200 RPM
1 DVD/R
450W Antec
1 Vantec 92mm Tornado (Turned Down to 5V to remove hairdryer sound ;D )
3 Case Fans

As far as I know, nothing uses the -12V rails or any of the other negative rails.

Get a meter and check it.
I doubt that it is that far off.
Some mobo just don't monitor very well.

Normally I wouldn't be too concerned, but the previous PS that was in the system measured fine, so I'm inclined to believe that this is correct.

edit// I guess what I should say is- Is this the beginning of the end for this PS? It has been a constant runner for some time now and I really don't want to risk losing the hardware I have in this system. Should I pick up another one?
