Unable to properly flash?

Anyone else have this trouble?:

I thought it was just my work computer at first. I logged onto a site that contained flash content, and the box had that blue puzzle peice indicating that I needed flash. I already had flash, but I reinstalled anyway. Still no go. can't see flash anywhere. I figured must be something wrong with the setup somewhere. I put off the problem, and went home.

Here's the thing:

The same thing then happened to me at home. I've reinstaled Flash and restarted the computer three times, and still no flash content.

Is it something about the way I set up my computers? Has anyone else seen this happen? How much wood could a woodchuck chuck, if he were playing a flash game about chucking wood?

Work: WinXP, IE
Home WinXP, Firefox

I've never heard of that problem, CB... I guess you're out of luck.

Actually, I couldn't see Flash for the longest time, no matter what browser I used (or even running it off of my computer's hdd). No idea what fixed it, though, sorry :-/
