Someone please tell me what I can get rid of. It's so annoying. Plus I have these two things, search extender and shopping wizard installed in my ad/remove programs list and i cannot remove them. Please help me.

Please upgrade to HijackThis version 1.98.2 and post a new log. Also, don't reboot until I say to. Rebooting will void the instructions I give you.
