Spybot S&D detecting orifice.b false positive?

I just downloaded the new updates for Spybot S&D.

I did my scan and I got the following error message about orifice.b trojan (view picture)

attachment.php?attachmentid=12703&stc=1

The error finishes saying it can't access the file cause the process is running and using that file. Same error message when i tried to open it. The DSO exploit is always found when I run Spybot (false positive right?) Anyways for the processing using the file, I don't see any malicious service programs running or any using CPU cycles (except for my folding for you guys of course :D )
So I used Spybot in Safe Mode. Same error......

I've googled about back orifice.b and found nothing about removal procedure. I'm still wondering how I got it (adaware, spywareblaster, antivirus, hardware firewall, software firewall, always up to date with windows udpate...what other protection do I need?)

I did goto a odd Woflenstien ET server that installed a mod, and where they spoke only german, and later that day I got linked off to some odd german websites.

Thats german thats next to the wininit.ini error message right?

I ran an updated antivir, and nothing.
I downloaded a trial version of The Cleaner a trojan detector and nothing shows up.

I wanna believe its a false positive but the file (wininit.ini) has content that is really werid. This is what it looks like when I was able to open it in safemode in notepad it looked something this:

Is this what buffer override looks like?

I did a port scan, (it usually shows only one open on my computer) and it has three:

port 135 (loc-srv)
port 139 (netbios-ssn)
port 445 (microsoft-dn)

I have shared printing on my network that is why I have netbios allowed in my fireware.

Okay here is my hijackthis log if it helps:

Hi Metomeya, I've got the same thing on mine - I hope someone can shed some light on what it's all about. My Google search for answers lead to dead-ends too.
