Computer is restarting randomly

Hey there. Starting yesterday, my computer just restarted. At some points, it got to the welcome screen, or just to the desktop and did it again. Could a trojan be causing this? Here is my HJT log (on a lesser note, Xlime is bugging me too). This is my HJT log from selective startup. If this doesn't work, then I'm gonna need to send it into HP, and they said they might do some hard-drive imaging stuff, and I was wondering if that will delete the information on the hard drive. Thanks a lot.

P2P programs are illegal, and are a main cause of spyware. Get rid of it.

Well, here is an update. I did a ton of virus scans, ad-aware scans, etc, and deleted all the junk. I did a MemTest, and got 123 errors in 100% of coverage. Also, i did a memory test and it said it was a hardware failure, so I'm guessing it is a problem with a RAM. Now, it doesn't restart as much (and doesnt at all in safe mode), but sometimes it slows up, or goes to a black screen for a second.
