Hey.. can anyone help me get rid of mysearchtoolbar.. ran the two programs adware thingi and spybot thing.. should i post my hijack log now??

    Open Task Manager & end process on the following:
    Patch.exe
    Go to C:\WINDOWS and delete the file manually.

    Uninstall Messenger Plus as it comes bundled with LOP. You can reinstall it without the sponsor.
    Click Start>Settings>Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs and uninstall 'Window Search', 'Window Searching', 'Lop.com', 'LOP SEARCH', 'Browser Enhancer', or 'Ultimate Browser Enhancer' if listed. You may be given a code to insert, do so and reboot when done. If not listed there, run this uninstaller:

    Close all browser windows & have hijackthis fix these;

    Reboot into safe mode by tapping f8 whilst booting and delete these;

    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Mode First Wave Grey< folder
    C:\DOCUME~1\tobs\APPLIC~1\ABOUTD~1< folder

    You will have to UNhide all hidden files\folders by going to folder options in Control Panel.

    Reboot normally, close ALL browser windows, rescan with hijackthis and post another log please.

    NOTE. Not all those LOP entries will be there if you run the uninstaller.
