Spybot Not Functioning Correctly

Lately, my spybot s&d has been getting about halfway through the search and just freezes. Any suggestions? I'll post a screenshot when I get home tonight.

    You may wish to uninstall and reinstall a fresh copy of Spybot S & D to resolve your dilemna. This would be the easiest fix.

    I heard that v1.3 is buggy. Mine says: "done butwith errors" or something like that at the end of a search. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it still comes up.
